How to Log In

First Time Logging In​

Step 1: Enter Your Phone Number​

  1. Open the Luqa app
  2. On the login screen, enter your phone number (the one registered with your community)

Step 2: Enter Your Password​

  1. Enter your password
  2. Tap "Log In"

If You Forgot Your Password​

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS
  4. Enter the OTP code
  5. Create a new password
  6. Confirm your new password
  7. Tap "Update Password"

You're now ready to log in with your new password!

Staying Logged In​

  • Your session remains active even after closing the app
  • You'll be logged out if you tap "Sign Out" from Settings
  • For security, we recommend signing out on shared devices

Account Not Found?​

If you receive an error saying your account doesn't exist:

  • Make sure you're using the phone number registered with your community administration
  • Contact your community administrator to ensure your account is created
