Who Are You?​

This help center is written for two types of users:

🔒 Residents​

Homeowners and family members living in the community. You can create visits for guests, generate QR codes for entry, receive security alerts, pay billings, and manage your profile.

🛡️ Security Guards​

Community security personnel at the entrance. You can scan QR codes, check in visitors, log security incidents, submit incident reports, and manage alert timelines.
