Troubleshooting

I can't see an announcement

  • Make sure the announcement is Active (not still in draft)
  • Check your filters - you may have filtered it out
  • Refresh the list by pulling down

I'm not getting notifications

  • Check your app notification settings
  • Make sure notifications are enabled for Luqa
  • Some announcements may not have notifications if not yet activated

The read status doesn't show

  • The "Read By" tab only appears for active announcements
  • Inactive (draft) announcements don't have read status yet
